Fisker In Trouble The EV startup, helmed by designer Henrik Fisker, aimed to outsource car production to external partners while focusing on software, design, customer service and more. A truck also has a big open area in the back that you can load many things inside of without needing a trailer, making life hauling things around even easier. It just makes sense. But, it’s not always the best choice. For example, if you’re the kind of person who buys…

Tesla has officially broken ground on its new Megafactory project to build Megapacks for energy storage in China. The Megafactory in Lathrop, California, was Tesla’s first dedicated factory to produce Megapacks, which were previously produced at Gigafactory Nevada. It is still ramping up to its full capacity of 40 GWh worth of Megapacks, a battery pack for utility-scale energy storage projects, but it has already helped Tesla break new records of energy storage deployment almost every quarter. The 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV full-size electric pickup truck was first delivered in Work Truck specification to fleet buyers nearly a year ago; but only now can civilians take one home. It was perhaps the most fascinating one of these weekly test drives we’ve done since FSD version 12.3 rolled out (though, the first one where FSD nailed a bunch of roundabouts was quite exciting). I think it’s best to watch the video in full to get a full, unedited, authentic view of how FSD works. Nonetheless, I’ll summarize a few key points under the video and…

Biden signed into law H.R.1042, the Prohibiting Russian Uranium Imports Act. The passage and signing of this law will ensure the U.S. will no longer be reliant on imported uranium fuel from the Russian Federation. It will ban the import of Russian uranium and revive domestic nuclear fuel production by unlocking $2.72 billion recently appropriated by Congress, at the request of the President, to expand our domestic uranium enrichment and conversion capacity. “Our nation’s clean energy future…
